Healing is possible

Welcome.

I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Rebecca, a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist offering trauma-informed, harm reduction psychotherapy for individuals and families facing substance use and other mental health challenges. I provide online addiction treatment and therapy in Berkeley, CA, and across California. As an openly queer therapist, I offer an affirming, non-judgmental space for LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous, and kinky individuals. I also center power and privilege in my practice, believing that relational healing fosters lasting social change.

I hold a Master of Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and am working toward clinical licensure. My training at the Harm Reduction Therapy Center in San Francisco includes street-based services and partnerships with community organizations to offer culturally responsive care.

In addition to substance use therapy, I provide psychodiagnostic testing and evaluations for substance use, immigration, disability, and forensic assessments. I’m also available for consultations with individuals and families, helping them navigate mental health treatment and explore harm reduction approaches.
